Shai Kaplan

Shai Kaplan was a direct student of B. K. S. lyengar, who encouraged her to introduce the healing power of therapeutic yoga to the healthcare system. Collaborating with Reuth, Shaare Zedek, and Soroka Medical Centers in Israel, Shai is now expanding AnuYoga globally, bringing the benefits of lyengar Yoga to countries across the European Union.

Since 7 October, AnuYoga has focused its efforts in Israel on meeting the critical needs of war-affected patients including families of hostages, freed hostages, injured soldiers, and wounded civilians with the transformative impact of therapeutic yoga in recovery and resilience.
