Wednesday 19.05.2021

Summary

Investigating how the significant disasters and tragedies of the 20th century were memorialized through monuments, art, and music. While such monuments have always existed, it wasn’t until the middle of the 19th Century that they moved from being celebratory and triumphant to representing the true horror of war.
