How to watch

This lecture starts on 2 March at 5:00pm (UK).

Summary

The origins of Nazism lie in the defeat of Imperial Germany in 1918. In 1922 Hitler seized control of the Nazi Party, but an attempted Nazi coup in November 1923 went disastrously wrong. Yet within a decade, Hitler is the undisputed leader of Germany, and the true horrors of the regime are quickly put into place.
