Sandra Myers Interview with Lord Balfour

Lord Roderick Balfour is the great nephew of Arthur James Balfour, the British Foreign Secretary and author of the Balfour Declaration. In addition to representing the Balfour family in Jewish affairs, for the last 50 years, he has worked in investment-related financial services. In 1990 he joined the London bank NM Rothschild & Sons. In 2003 he inherited the Earldom and in 2005 set up the wealth management service company, Virtus Trust with some of his colleagues. In honour of the Centennial of the Balfour Declaration in 2017, he was interviewed around the world, contributed to many articles, attended number synagogue services, and organised many private events in Israel.

Sandra Myers did her MA in Jewish history at UCL and was a director of the LJCC (London Jewish Cultural Centre) from its inception. She has worked for over 20 years with the Citizens Advice Bureau.
