He has authored eleven books, including Lawfare: Judging Politics in South Africa.
No, I think it had to defend it. I think they were right to defend it. And I have to tell you that by going there, they watered down the order quite considerably. And I think that the presentation that Israel made was very impressive. If you were fair about this, you would’ve realized the kind of difficulties you’ve agonized about. And I think Israel realized it had to do that.
