The lecture schedule for the week can be found on the Homepage and the Calendar page. If you would like the schedule emailed to you, sign up for email updates.
All of our lectures can be found in the Library. You will need to register your email address on our site to access the lectures. This only needs to be done once per device/browser and you will not be required to subscribe to our email updates. Additional content for past lectures is still being uploaded to the library.
Yes. In order to watch any of our content on our website, you must register your email address. Once you have done this, you do not need to do anything else to attend upcoming webinars. You can also attend upcoming webinars by signing up for our email updates and accessing our content there.
Lectures are broadcast live via Zoom. To access the Zoom webinar links from the website, you will need to register your email address on our site. This only needs to be done once per device/browser and you will not be required to subscribe to our email updates.
The Homepage will always announce when a lecture is live and will include a link to join the webinar. You can also add an upcoming lecture to your calendar from the Calendar page.
You only need to enter your email address one time when accessing content on the site, unless you use a new browser or device. We ask all users to do this as part of agreeing to our code of conduct to ensure we are maintaining the spirit of the LU community.
No, you do not need a Zoom account if you are joining as a participant.
We strive to get the recordings up as soon as possible, but they still take time. All lectures should be in our Library within 48 hours.
Make sure Zoom is up to date. Zoom regularly provides new versions of the Zoom desktop client and mobile app to release new features and fix bugs. You can learn how to update your Zoom here.
Go to our Library, then filter the lecture by Speaker and/or Topic. Finally, if there are specific words in the lecture you are looking for, you can enter them in the search bar on the Library page or in the upper right hand corner of every page.
Just send them a link to our subscribe page. They can then enter their details to get the weekly lecture schedule and daily reminder emails.
When a speaker is sharing their screen, the shared screen will appear on the left and the speaker will appear on the right. Hover your pointer over the boundary between the shared screen and speaker’s video until your pointer changes to a double arrow and you see a grey line separating both views.
